Mission, Values, Goals, and Objectives Mission Statement: To help students understand that fitness can be fun, creative, and multidimensional. Values: Education, Teamwork, Fun, Leadership, and Wellness/Fitness Goals: 1- To spread knowledge about fitness not being boring or confined to the gym. 2- Help students improve leadership and team work skills. Objectives: 1. Participants will walk away knowing at least two new fitness activities. 2. 75% of participants will have fun. 3. Participants will also learn at least three facts about wellness/fitness.
