OPERATIONAL TRANSFORMATION Gain corporate ownership for the development of the DCC academy for ‘Leading during uncertain times’ Ensure managers equipped with appropriate skills and tools Provide a structure which enables effective transition and for change to be viewed positively

Partnership with UDC to achieve accreditation of current programme in order to: –Motivate staff –Ensure work-based learning is focused on organisational impact and Return on Investment –Support in-house learning team – using Supporting Work-based Learning programme –Sympathetic use of funding to provide cost effective solution –Measure results to ensure a consistent understanding and application of new ways of working
