3 Administrative expenses include:  Entertainment of potential/existing sponsors.  Health insurance for employees, including Workers’ Compensation.  Office supplies.  Rent for office space.  Staffing.  Trademark development and maintenance.  Travel.

4 Talent expenses include:  Compensation.  Gifts.  Parties.

5 EVENT EXPENSES:  Advertising.  After-event entertainment.  Food & beverage services.  Judges.  Officials.  Photographers.  Prize money.

6 Production expenses include:  Crew per diem (allowances for daily expenses).  Lights.  Practice venue.  Site preparation.  Sound & stage setup.  Sponsor gifts.  Ticket production.

7 Facility expenses include:  Facility rental.  Risk management and liability insurance.  Storage space rental.  Security.  Utilities.
