5. + Reasoning + Evidence Bottled water is the single largest growth area among all beverages Plastic bottles are created from petroleum and natural gas Chemicals found in plastic bottles cause numerous health issues Plastic waste is one of the leading contributors to litter pollution Bottled water is essentially overpriced, unregulated tap water

6. + How will this be accomplished? Educate faculty and staff on the ban in order to begin incorporating the information in their job duties Sell refillable water containers at a cheaper rate for students Plastic bottles litter the landfills

7. + How will this be accomplished? Create a plan for implementing 20 additional water filling stations across campus in high-traffic areas Encourage awareness utilizing various events and venues on campus
