How the mentoring process worked Visiting working places was enlightening Reflecting in blogs helped to internalize what we learned Atmosphere was good for talking (open, free) Positive feelings are important on mentoring process, feeling that you are welcome Individual backgrounds and openess were good Group was highly motivated and tasks were done well We reached more most of our goal, process was planned well, enough goals, but not too much Process was quite long: there are good sides and bad sides in that The group was small enough so were learned about each other (beginning of trust) Time was short, so there were enough “scripted” meetings I hope that the mentees did get familiar about different kind of working contexts and how the theories of Edutool/LET studies can be used in these contexts o I hope that we all learned more how innovative learning environments can support development of expertise

Good mentoring plan helps the mentors and also the mentees but be prepare to improvise! The mentoring meetings in creative environments also helps collaboration It is inspiring way to change thoughts and discuss about the mentoring themes
