3. 3 Part 1 – Starting From the Ground Up With the ISIR Analysis Tool Access the ISIR Analysis Tool Identify ISIR records to analyze Create ASCII file(s) Upload and validate records

4. 4 Part 2 – Developing the Blueprint Using Reports in the ISIR Analysis Tool Navigate through the ISIR Analysis Tool Run the eight standard reports available in the Tool Complete worksheet for each report

5. 5 Part 3 – Laying The Foundation Use a Case-Study to identify and analyze the top ISIR element changes for the school Run Two Standard Reports: the Field Change Report and the Field Increment Report Narrow the focus of analysis on: Dependent students, Pell eligible, had a Pell change, and parents are estimated filers

6. 6 Part 4 – Building A Sound Structure Use data collected in Part three to analyze one of the school’s discretionary verification criteria Determine if existing criteria should be modified or kept as is Discuss analysis results with group
