Core Fitness For Life 2006 Quality not Quantity Focus on performing core exercises perfectly and you will not have to do as many! 12-20 repetitions or 30-90 seconds 1-3 sets 1-3 exercises Every other day – maximum! When you can do an exercise easily (20 reps or 90 seconds) – make the exercise more challenging!
