Why Movement ? The part of the brain that processes movement is the same part of the brain that processes learning. A multi-sensory teaching approach addresses different learning styles. Hear, See, Say, Do. Oxygen is essential for a fully functioning brain and body. The Brain consumes 1/5 th of the body’s oxygen.

Let’s Get Up and Move Take Five – Oxygen Breaks. Increases oxygen and blood flow. Toss A Move Activity. Stress Break – Stretch sequence at your own time.
