8 Amendment #7  In civil cases (non-criminal person-to-person cases), right to trial by jury if issue involves over $20

9 Amendment #8  No excessive bail  No cruel and unusual punishment

10 Amendment #9  People have more rights than those listed in the Constitution

11 Amendment #10  Rights not delegated to the US government are reserved for the states or the people
