2. The ingredients 3/4 c. peanut butter 1/3 c. sugar 1/3 c. light brown sugar 1 egg 2 tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 1/3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda Sugar About 30 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (miniature)

3. How to make the cookie cups  Heat oven to 350 degrees.  In large mixer bowl cream peanut butter, shortening, 1/3 cup sugar and brown sugar.  Add egg, milk and vanilla; beat well.  Combine flour and baking soda; gradually add to creamed mixture, blending thoroughly.

4. Continue.  Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls, roll in sugar.  Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes.  Remove from oven, immediately place unwrapped peanut butter cup on top of each cookie, pressing down so that cookie cracks around edges.  Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet onto wire rack.  Cool completely. About 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
