3 KPI – KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS A business metric is used to evaluate factors that are crucial to the success of an Organization. KPIs are applied in business intelligence to gauge business trends and advise tactical courses of action. The act of monitoring KPIs in real time is known as Business Activity Monitoring (BAM). “ You want to utilize the best KPIs for your department, but do you know which ones will benefit you most?”
