2. Regulation of Clerkship Duration January, 2016- March, 2017 (Abroad) including travelling time Students have to come back on time according to the schedule and register for graduation. March 14, 2016- March, 2017 (China) Qualification Those who act on one of the following can’t move into Clerkship and have to restudy and make up Get less than 120 credits; Do not take any of the following subjects: Internal Medicine, Surgery, Gynecology & Obstetrics and Pediatrics;

3. Curriculums Note ： Neurology could be replaced by Neurosurgey (need to submit the certificate letter); Students have to select 2 departments from the 4 departments, Infectious disease, Ophthalmology, Dermatology and Anesthesia. If the student has ability and time, he/she could choose all the 4 departments; If the student cannot complete the practice of one required department, he/she needs to ask the hospital for a certificate letter with authorized signature and stamp. Or cannot attend the graduation exam. The record of practice without authorized signature and stamp will not be qualified.

4. 5. Passport records and stamps of doctors and hospital Copy of Immigration Records on passport — Students who took Clerkship outside of China Once the records, stamps of doctors or hospital were found cheating, the student will get the serious warning paper and has to retake for Clerkship with next grade. If cheated twice, expulsion.

6. Make Up Examination There is not any special make-up exam before your graduation. Please register for the normal exam beforehand according to the schedule.

7. Register for graduation To AOTU (international) 1 Clinical outline book 1)Fill in the blanks on the cover- name, grade, no., period 2)Paste your photo on the cover Note: Copy of pages of Immigration Records on passport From AOTU (international) 1 Direction of Graduation exams 2 Check your info, full name, birthday, passport no., enrollment date

8. Clerkship files Provisional Certificate To certify you are the students of SDU and qualified to do your rotation NOC letter Given by AOTU as the qualification of Clerkship Rotation certificate Finished by signature and stamp of authorization from the hospital Clerkship transcript Results of all courses that come back before Clerkship, including the make-up results

9. Notes: Bring your Outline Books and Clerkship Certificate when you come for registration of graduation organized by International Affair Department.
