2. What are online services? Online services are services provided by the internet, there are different types of online services they are: Entertainment, communication, real time information, commerce, government, download services, education and virtual learning environment.

3. Real time information! Real time services are live services that tell you times dates weather at the moment in time, for example: Travel times table, news services, traffic reports, flight status, weathering. The benefits of real time information you can see them anytime where ever you are, like to update information if you are traveling. Also disadvantages of real time information is they may not update the information meaning you are being provided the wrong information.

4. Commerce! Commerce services are shopping online and very helpful because you don’t even have to leave the house, so much easier also all you need is your bank details and they will come through post. Disadvantage is if you are buying clothes you may have to order two different sizes if you are not sure what size and what fit you. For example commerce is: Internet banking, clothes shopping, supermarket shopping, online auction websites, publishing.

5. Government! Government online services are helpful because you can renew car tax or passports or many other things, you can also vote online.

6. Download services! A download services is where you can download anything on to any modern device like a phone, computer or tablet. Advantages of it is easy, quick and simple. Disadvantages you may get some viruses, or songs and films may crash.

7. Education! Education online services are good because they allow you do education work at home as well as at school with the teacher. This would come in very helpful with setting homework for at home by the teacher with having a teacher there. Bad thing about it may be because the teacher may not be there to assist you with your work. For examples: My maths, online learning training

8. Virtual learning! Virtual learning environment is very good because you can access it at school and at home for example Moodle is a very good website because you can access it for homework or course work. Bad point might be because you might not be able to find the work you need and may need help by a teacher if you were at home.

9. Business! The use of business online services are maybe for the bank, to keep you money sorted track on what’s coming out and what’s going in. Another business online is a phone company either O2, Vodaphone, Orange, this may be a bad idea because you may get hackers.

10. Entertainment! Entertainment online services is like, multi-user games, radio, catch up on TV, instant steaming, music stations, social networking. All of these people use to entertain them selves.

11. Communication! Communication services is mainly social networking with others this is a good way to communicate because you can talk to people from different countries or talk to people you haven't seen in ages, this could be a bad thing though because people could get cyber bullied, this includes: Email, Instant messaging, social networking, newsgroups, online conferencing, blogs
