3 IDTS Overview Student initiates process to have transcript sent to community college or OUS campus as part of admission or placement K-12 Student Information System Extract Student Transcript Translation to EDI OUS Server Translated student data sent to EDI Server Student data sent to OUS Campus(es) Data to SCARF Annual reports are developed on students’ first year college performance and retention to second year and sent to Oregon high schools for program improvement Student data sent to Community College Campuses and OCCURS
