6 Supplemental O/2014 Under $39,900.00 bonus for AFSCME (H) & IFPTE (C, I & O) Must be on the payroll as of July 1, 2014 and earn less than $39,900.00 in base salary as of June 30, 2014. Only full-time employees are eligible. Calculated by taking the difference of the across the board increase times the threshold amount and salary. Paid as a type 3 with the following information: CC=8 PC=7 Title=98955 Example: Threshold Amount: $39,900.00 x 1.75% = $698.25 Employee’s salary as June 30, 2014$25,000.00 x 1.75% = $437.50 Differential $260.75

7 Supplemental P/2014 Payable to Investigators (8) who are step 10 as of June 30, 2014 and in title code 32646 One-time lump sum cash bonus of $800.00 Paid as a type 3 with the following information: CC=8 PC=7 Title=98950

8 Effective June 14, 2014 (Pay Period 14) Year 4 Percentage of Premium for all State Employees* will go into effect. 9 Number of working days 12 month employees: no change, number of working days remains at 261 10 month employees: will change from 216 to 217 on PP 19/2014 Overlap Pay Period PP 15/2014 affects both FY 2014 and FY 2015 The split for a 10.0 day check will be 1.0 charged to FY ‘14 and 9.0 charged to FY ‘15 Overtime for PP 14/2014 will be charged to FY 2014 Overtime for PP 15/2014 will be charged to FY 2015 Food and other maintenance Is the responsibility of the agency payroll officer to change any food or other maintenance deductions on PP 15/2014.

10 Supplemental N/2014 will be charged to FY 2014 only O/2014 will accommodate both fiscal years Payments must be submitted separately, one supplemental sheet cannot be used to charge multiple fiscal years Pay earned through June 30, 2014 should be on one supplemental marked “Fiscal Year 2014” Pay earned on or after July 1, 2014 should be on another supplemental marked “Fiscal Year 2015” Supplemental payrolls for retroactive payments, sick leave injury, or accrued vacation cannot be submitted against positions that have been abolished in the new fiscal year. They must be submitted on Supplemental N marked “Fiscal Year 2014”
