About What He Wrote In Bud Not Buddy, a boy who’s mother died is desperate to find his father, whom he never knew, after his mother’s death. In The Watsons Go To Birmingham, the main character’s brother is sent to his grandparents in Birmingham, and just as the family is about to leave him behind and head back home, a bomb strikes the church where the boys’ sister was. All but the main character stayed outside the building, while he went inside and found his sister alive.
4
Qualities He can recognize important events. He can use those ideas to entertain and inform readers. He can deal with stress well.

How he Became a Writer One day after his job, Curtis was just getting into his car when he stopped to think. He realized that every day, over and over again, he was doing the same thing. He realized that he didn’t want to spend his life doing this. He just stood there until a friend saw him and took him home. The next day he wrote in a writing contest for a college. The very next year, he became a full time writer.
7
Book’s accuracy The book gives a very accurate representation of his life. It also gives information about him which a reader would want to know. The book gives no facts which would not be completely believable, and doesn’t contradict itself or anything else like that.
