Welcome! While we assemble, look through your materials and the new packet from tonight. See if there is a site or skill that you wanted that I forgot to include. Think about any questions you may have. This is also a good time to save any documents you may have created- send them to yourself, or save them to a jump drive.

My Summer Vacation I had a very busy summer. I started by taking classes on making books by hand. I learned many new book structures. Pictures from San Francisco Center for the Book

Then I took two computer classes at Stanford. I learned about making movies and using Adobe Acrobat to assemble lessons. It’s been a while since I was a college student! Hopefully I’ll be able to use those skills this year.

In August we went to the East Coast. I visited Washington D.C., and saw all of the important sites. Then Chip and I met up to go to Canada. We went to Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. We kayaked in the Bay of Fundy.kayaked
