2 Working Memory- New information jogs your memory and reminds the learner of something they know, this helps to retrieve it to the working memory. Existing knowledge and new knowledge must be connected in the working memory for it to be effective. Working Memory I Know

5 Halo Effect- people expect good behavior from someone me they admire and will perceive their behavior as positive. Horns Effect- People expect negative behaviors from someone they do not like and they will perceive their behavior as negative.
