Cascade of Patient Care Action Points All enrolled patients complete their treatment Decentralize services to improve access and quality of care: -Integration of TB services -Community PMDT care for patients that cannot come to the facility -Pilot 9-month regimen -Provide incentives for treatment partners and enablers for patients and family members (milestone incentives, e-TAP, social insurance package) -Human capacity building on patient support (technical and psycho social counseling) and addressing ADRs, late patient tracing -Patient empowerment -Address stigma by education campaigns All diagnosed patients are promptly notified and enrolled in treatment -Enhance TB information system (linkage of laboratory and treatment facilities) for the release of the result and the start of treatment -Strengthen referral system - from public and private (PPM), from diagnostic and treatment facilities -Mandatory notification of TB

Cascade of Patient Care Country’s Action Points Step-wise increase of the proportion of TB patients who received DST -Maximize the use of rapid diagnostic tools -Improve access to laboratory services (Xpert, culture, DST) and align with the expansion of the treatment facilities -Engagement of partners (private, NGOs, international communities) -Decentralize diagnostic services from regional to near point of care (from region to provinces/cities) by -referral systems in place
