2  Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking, as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby, (1 Peter 2:1-2 NKJV)  but grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To Him be the glory both now and forever. Amen. (2 Peter 3:18 NKJV)  Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, For they shall be filled. (Matthew 5:6 NKJV)  Desire  Study  Pray  Desire  Study  Pray Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (Ephesians 6:11 RSV)

3  You are now a child of God. (1 John 3:1)  You are a new creation. (2 Corinthians 5:17)  You are not your own. (1 Corinthians 6:19,20)  You need to focus on Spiritual things and make going to heaven your primary concern! (Colossians 3:1-4) Once you were no people but now you are God's people; once you had not received mercy but now you have received mercy. (1 Peter 2:10 RSV)

4  God will not be mocked!  Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. (Galatians 6:7 NKJV)  If you want eternal life then you cannot play games with God! "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Matthew 6:33 NKJV)

5  But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble; for so an entrance will be supplied to you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (2 Peter 1:5-11 NKJV)
