2 Case 1: Revision Tympanoplasty (Right Ear) 08:15 am (provisional) 34 year old male. Long history of repeated otitis since childhood. Numerous previous failed right tympanoplasties with lateralized TM. Right 1 st failed revision surgery (same surgeon) in 2000, dislocated autograft; ossiculoplasty with TORP (malleus-to-footplate procedure). 2 nd failed revision right tympanoplasty (same surgeon) in 2002, dislocated prosthesis; ossiculoplasty with TORP (longer size). 3 rd failed revision 2003 (same surgeon), short prosthesis; ossiculoplasty with longer TORP (8.00mm). A 4th personal revision is scheduled with insertion of a Malleus Replacement Prosthesis & TORP Otoscopy: faily lateralized TM which is significantly reduced in size R. Vincent. 4 Case 2: Otosclerosis Primary Surgery (Right Ear) 09:45 am (provisional) 39 year old female Progressive right hearing loss more severe since last pregnancy 4 years ago. No tinnitus nor dizziness. Family history of deafness Otoscopy: limited right stable atticotomy. Normal TM both sides Tuning fork: Weber test lateralized towards the right ear CT-Scan: normal R. Vincent. Case 2 – Otosclerosis Primary

6 Case 3: Otosclerosis Primary Surgery (Left Ear) 11:30 am (provisional) 51 year old female Progressive left-sided hearing loss No tinnitus nor dizziness Personal and family history negative Otoscopy: normal Tuning fork: Weber test lateralized towards the left ear R. Vincent. Case 3 – Otosclerosis Primary Surgery
