ERP Proposal Solicitation Package Synopsis The Ecosystem Restoration Program is seeking projects that will achieve objectives for ecosystem restoration primarily in the Delta and Suisun Marsh consistent with: CALFED Record of Decision ERP Stage 2 Conservation Strategy Delta Vision Bay Delta Conservation Plan
