(It defaults to the person creating the funding proposal if they have the role of DRA in the RAPPORT system. This information now prepopulates the DRA name on the Forward to DRA activity. The name can be changed.

Current functionality: DRA must notify the PI outside of the RAPPORT application. GXP Patch Enhancement: New Notification: RAPPORT generates an email when the state of the proposal changes from Draft to Dept. Research Admin Review. This state change is triggered by the Forward to DRA activity. The DRA is cc’d on this notification.
