Accounts Enquiries

Click on the “Finance” Hyperlink. The accounts summary screen will open

Click on the Effective Date to filter to reflect 2009 transactions if required New button for monthly policies only

Dates are now filtered as required These columns show the previous/future dated premium deduction This column shows the balance due Click on the description to preview the premium breakdown. Refer to next screen shot For monthly policies the “Payment & Collections button (debit order collections) will be enabled

By clicking on “Renew Policy” from the previous screen the Premium split for the transaction is displayed

The user can now check the monthly premium deductions by clicking on the “Payments & Collections” button

This screen displays what has actually been deducted from the clients account. By clicking on the amount the system will display the account details and breakdown – see next screen shot Click on the Due Date column to amend your filter criteria display

The transaction highlighted in yellow indicates the amount being queried The information displayed indicates the account details from which the premium has been deducted (Hidden for security reasons) The information above displays the transaction amount as well as if the payment was received (ACCPT) and this is indicated by a minus and the date received. The next screen highlights where more than 1 transaction has affected the debit order deduction

Referring to the next screen shot, the policy had a MTA processed on the 01/07/2009 If the breakdown of the premium is displayed as per above, this indicates that a MTA (endorsement/s) has been processed. To establish what section the additional amount was raised on, click on the amount accordingly. The user can also click on any premium and the premium split will be displayed. See next screen shots Referring to the previous screen, if the debit order deduction is made up of various transactions as noted below, the user can see how the amount deducted has been raised, see below comments - (Different policy displayed for information purposes)

This premium amount indicates that the section was amended This premium amount indicates the breakdown of the policy premium per section NB - The screens below only reflect 2 of the transaction amounts from the previous screen
