14. What is genetic test?  the process of using medical tests to look for changes (mutations) in a person’s genes or chromosomes.  Predictive gene testing: look for gene mutations that might put a person at risk of getting a disease.

16. the benefits of genetic test  the chance for a better understanding of your risk for a certain disease  finding disease earlier, when treatment is more likely to be helpful.
