When and how do I get started? 4 To drive a car: 4 You must be 17 years of age. 4 You must have a provisional licence to drive. 4 You must satisfy the requirements for correct vision.

How to Choose an Instructor 4 There are so many! 4 Grade 4 Pass-rate 4 Male or female? 4 Cost 4 Type of car 4 Theory Test Instruction 4 Service / Times

Instructor’s Licence 4 All Instructors MUST display their licence to give professional instruction in the windscreen of their tuition car. 4 Even Trainee Instructors MUST display their licence to give professional instruction.

Testing, Testing - but by whom? 4 All Driving Tests; car, motorcycle, bus, lorries and so on are conducted by a DRIVING EXAMINER - NOT BY YOUR INSTRUCTOR.

Mobility and Mobiles! 4 Hello, I’ve lost my common sense - 4 do you deliver? As from the 27th of February 2007 motorists who are caught using a hand-held mobile phone - will have THREE penalty points added to their licence and up to a SIXTY pound fine!(That’s a load of talk- time!)

Let’s drive round again! 4 Name three things you need to be or have to start driving. 4 Give four pieces of advice for choosing an instructor. 4 Who does the driving tests in this country? 4 Why would you not use a mobile phone while driving, give three reasons.
