2. Information regarding the Resort : 1) The property is known as `Palas Resort’ owned by A.N.Resorts Pvt.Ltd. This is near Nagothane on the Mumbai-Goa-Highway. 2) The land area is approx. 11.5 acres. 3) Built-up area ( covered ) approx.35,000 sq.ft. Developed area – Roads, gardens, tennis court, sitting area, jogging track, parking etc. approx. 65,000 sq.ft. 4) The Resort has 42 double-rooms, fully furnished and air- conditioned as well as 2 Restaurants each to accommodate 40 persons.
