3 What is a Boxed Turtle? They are about 9 inches long. They have a hard shell. They are reptiles.

4 Where do boxed turtles live? Boxed turtles live in woodlands. They live in the eastern United States. They also live in old fields.

5 What do Boxed Turtles look like? They have shells. They have no teeth. They come in all different colors.

6 What are behaviors of a Boxed Turtle? They sit in the sun. They hide in a shell.

7 What do Boxed Turtles eat and how do eat and hunt? They use a beak to hunt. They eat mushrooms and fruits. They also eat small insects.
