Daily Weather Briefing and Discussion (1/2) Disseminated to CalWater 2015 field group each morning prior to mission planning and platform coordination – Actual time TBD Powerpoint presentation of key synoptic and mesoscale forecast details pertinent to daily flight/ship operations and planning future flight/ship operations GoTo Meeting (or similar) CalWater 2 – Forecast Implementation

Daily Weather Briefing and Discussion (2/2) Emphasize – near-term meteorology and chemical observations and forecast metrics (nowcast through 2-3 days) – Longer-term meteorology and chemical forecast guidance for strategic planning purposes Briefing complemented by written forecast discussion that is created by forecast team, disseminated via email, and archived CalWater 2 – Forecast Implementation
