You can do it at home. Without any cost or equipment. You might able to find out how to exercise from online. But, I recommend you to attend a Yoga class twice a week. Actually, I started from last month and I found it is helping my health a lot. START IN A SIMPLE WAY

Then, you can practice any time and any place. PRACTICE ANY TIME

As well, I recommend you use simple equipment. If you exercise with your partner or friend, it would be more fun and more helpful. USE SIMPLE EQUIPMENT
