OBJECTIVE To study what are the customer perception and preference in buying a car in the market. To identify the key factors determining customers buying behaviour and understand, the key factors before making purchase of a car. To determine the difference in customer wants in choosing cars and the brand preference. To analyse the different wants and needs of customers for various income levels which, determines their segment of car which involves their purchase. To analyse the customer value perception.
