My name is Dante Rodriguez. I was born in Appleton, Wisconsin, and raised for over 16 years in the beautiful Denver, Colorado I spent my Senior year in Fraser, Michigan. This will be my first and last year at Fraser High School and I will graduate at 17 years old.

Both of my parents have pushed me through all of my education. They have always been Extremely supportive and reliable. By them always urging me to do better and never settle for what I have, I believe they are the people who have prepared me for leadership the most
3
My education has also prepared me to become a leader. Without education I would not have experienced and learned what other current and past leaders were like and how they became what they were.
4
As I am undecided on what I want to do as a career, it’s a given that whatever it is I decide on will include me helping others to become a leader. Hopefully someone looks to me as a role model in the future.
5
I see myself able to always help others in there messed up situations and be able to give them advice.
6
As a soon to be leader it is critical that I be sure to always be aware of my surroundings. There are numerous things that can go wrong in many different situations and to prevent any errors, I believe it is required to always know what’s going on around you.
7
Time Management One of my strengths in that I can utilize my time to its fullest extent. I have the ability to do greater amounts of work in a shorter time period.
8
Command I am very strong in Command and I know how to take control of most any situation and make big decisions.
9
When I am leading any situation, I am always sure to be positive. When a leader is positive, it will rub off on others and make them excited about what they are doing, making their work more efficient.
10
Speaking up I am not afraid to voice my opinion in any leadership position that I have been in. Voicing you opinion can open others minds to new and different possibilities.
11
Speaking up Even though Speaking up is one of my strengths it is also a weakness. Sometimes giving my input on some situations may cause drama. Just because you like what you have to say doesn’t mean everyone does. My dry sense of humor doesn’t help these kind of situations either.
12
To Avoid this problem I will need to adapt to thinking through things before I say them out loud. I should also practice my sarcasm.
13
Scatter Brained If I am overwhelmed, I tend to put off new tasks or forget them within a short period of time.
14
To Avoid my weakness I will become more organized. The more Organized I am the easier it will be to keep track off, and remember new tasks given to me.
