Salary 2014-15 school year a one-time payment of 2% for steps 1-17 2014-15 school year a one-time payment of 3% for steps 18-24 2015-16 school year, an increase of 5% on the salary schedule for steps 1-17 2015-16 school year, an increase of 6% on the salary schedule for steps 18-25 PLUS, no additional days added to our work year and no changes to health benefits
