2. Audit aim To look at total number of calls across the Network as a whole for a period of one month( 1 st Oct -31 st Oct 2010) Look at numbers of calls taken overnight and those at weekends Look at call outcomes

3. Areas that took part Cumbria, Sunderland, Co Durham & Darlington, James Cook. Sunderland & Cumbria were pilot site for the 24 Hour Triage Tool. Gateshead did their own audit in November 2010. Newcastle unable to collect full data needed therefore not included in these results
