How to save reports
2
When you log in as a teacher you will arrive at the page below.
3
Find the assessment you would like to look at the reports for by using the filters or if you know the assessment number type this in. In this case the assessment number is 411452.
4
Then click on the ‘Filter View’ button.
5
Your assessment (there may be more than one depending on what you’ve selected) should now appear below.
6
Once you have located the assessment you will see a paperclip icon to the left of it. This indicates that this assessment has reports to print.
7
To view the reports click on the ‘View Reports’ icon in the ‘Commands’ column.
8
You will now see the screen below. Click on ‘View Document’ by the side of Class Analysis.
9
You will now see this screen (this screen will only appear for NCPAs). It allows you to merge more than one assessment together into the overall report.
10
The current report will always be listed in the right hand column. If you would like to merge any other reports you will need to select them from the left hand column and they will automatically move over to the right. This means the data for both of these reports will be seen on the final report print out. You can add as many reports as you like. Any additional data you have added onto your report will not be saved.
11
If you change your mind you can remove all additional reports by clicking on the button below and the same goes for adding reports. Once you are happy with the reports you would like to merge in the column on the right then click on the ‘Pupil Selection’ tab to edit pupil data before printing out the final report.
12
You will now see a list of pupils that have sat both of these reports in the column on the right. As with the classes on the previous page you can add and remove pupils as you wish by using the buttons below.
13
You can sort the pupil data that you see on the report by NC Level, Surname and Test Level. You can also filter by gender and test levels. Once you are happy with your selections then you can click on ‘View Report’.
14
Once your report appears click on the printer icon. The ‘1/1+’ tells you there is more than one page to this report.
15
Select either ‘All’ if you want to print out all the pages of the reports or select ‘Pages’ if you want to print off less. Then click on ‘OK’.
16
You will then see the report as a PDF document. Click on the ‘Save’ icon to save your report in a desired location on your computer. **Please note that this tailor made report will not be saved unless you save it to your computer.
