The brain 1.Using the simple outlines of the brain (left side view) label: cerebral hemisphere, cerebellum, medulla, spinal chord, hypothalamus and pituitary gland. 2.Make a list of the main functions of each (try for a target of 2 per part – part of this is synoptic). 3.Find out where Wernicke’s and Broca’s area are, add them to your diagram and describe their role in language. 4.Describe 3 types of evidence used to give functions to parts of the brain (82-83) (82-83).
