Multiple Alleles -More than one allele controls a trait (ex: blood type) -Blood types: A, B, AB, or O Allele O is recessive Phenotype (Blood Type) Genotypes OOO AAA or AO BBB or BO AB

Codominance -A heterozygote expresses BOTH traits (ex: AB = Blood type AB) Phenotype (Blood Type) Genotypes OOO AAA or AO BBB or BO AB Allele O is recessive
