Threatened mutiny on 10th October (Said they would turn back if they did not see land in 3 days)
Saw land on 12th October (the Bahamas)
Took back gold and natives

6. Further Voyages Set sail in September 1493 with 17 ships
Landed in Cuba and Jamaica
Made 2 other trips across the Atlantic
Died in 1504 still believing he had reached Asia.
