8. Congressional Update  VPP bills introduced in both houses of Congress on April 13, 2011.  The legislation would codify VPP and improve access for small businesses.  Sens. Michael Enzi (R. Wyo.) and Mary Landrieu (D-La.) introduced the Voluntary Protection Program Act (S. 807) in the Senate.  Reps. Tom Petri (R-Wis.) and Gene Green (D- Texas) introduced H.R. 1511 in the House.
