Cable TV viewership: 65%, rural more than urban 3. TV programming is primarily focused on i.Politics and News ii.Religion iii.Entertainment

How? Ongoing discussions with the Khan Academy regarding dissemination of their Math & Science courses through TV Humanities content will be sourced through in-house and other sources. Being the bridge between U.S. online course providers and cable operators in Pakistan

Motivation Khan Academy: Expansion opportunities beyond web, making courses accessible through TV Cable TV channels like Dunya, ATV and Aaj: In addition to politics and religion and news, would like to generate revenue through engaging educational programs Ujala is a startup in North America creating educational content for Pakistani viewers and ultimately the SAARC market This money would allow us to produce a pilot project in 3 months
