TEACHER JOB AID A MISSED QUESTION: LISTENING IN ENGLISH OR SPANISH. When a student answers a question incorrectly, he/she is taken to a new screen where he/she can listen to a review on the subject in either Spanish or English. To listen, the student will click the box where prompted. The computer must have speakers in order to listen to the review. Alternatively, the student can read the review in either English or Spanish. Once the student understands the concept presented in the review, he/she is prompted to respond to why he/she missed the problem in the first place. These responses are used to generate the reports at the end of the Mentor Sessions.

TEACHER JOB AID Assigning user IDs and passwords to your students. Once you have accessed the website, click the SITE TAB to view your Sections and students. To assign user names and passwords, click the Login Sheet and follow the directions below. If a student is already in the system, they already have a predefined user name and password (instead of a number). The CAHSEE coordinator will provide you with the user IDs and passwords. You will assign the user IDS and passwords to your students who do have not been predefined. They will be able to change their passwords after they register for a Mentor Session, but you will always have access to their passwords through the Login Sheet. It is recommended that your student write down his/her unique user ID number and change his/her password to something familiar. You should print a copy of all of the user IDs and passwords for your records. If you need additional user IDs and passwords, please contact the CAHSEE coordinator. You cannot remove user IDs and passwords once a Mentor Session has begun. Otherwise, you can assign the user ID to another student.
