9 France Décret n° 2009-546 du 14 mai 2009  Establishes the "Référentiel Général d’Accessibilité pour les Administrations RGAA" Based on WCAG 2.0 Germany The BITV is currently in the process of being reviewed and expected to be updated by the end of 2011. This will include adoption of WCAG 2.0.
