Beforehand Prior to your client coming in, you must have them wash, exfoliate, and moisturize their face. When they arrive, you must have a seated consultation to figure out what they want, while you put out professional opinions. Wash/sanitize hands Sanitize brushes Disposable applicators Sharpen pencils before/after each use

Face shapes Finding the face shape of you client is extremely important to determine how to work with the products you are going to use

Examples These simple pictures show how you would contour and highlight certain areas of the face depending on your face shape

Order of application: Face

Cleaning you need to clean in order to get to the surface of the skin. Its always an option to get your face steamed, which will open up your pores to receive a deep cleaning. you must hydrate the skin. - If your client has sun damage, vitamin C serum is a must

After the cleansing, you must prepare their face. 1. wipe face with cotton (removes excess product) 2. Cleanser (removes excess dirt) 3. Toner (purifies and restores ph)

Make-up Application

Primer! You must allow primer to dry before proceeding.

Put on a layer of foundation according to client complexion

Concealer e.l.f: color correcting concealer

Eye make-up

Eyelid primer: Same as face primer; you must let it dry!

Eye shadow diagram: Order: 1.Inner corner 2.Lid and crease 3.Outer lid

Eyeliner: You could go with a pencil eyeliner

Eyeliner A liquid liner

Eyeliner Or a cream eyeliner

I had a friend come over one weekend and decided to do a particular face in which would round her facial features and make her eyes bigger.

I used a series of brushes for application

I used rubbing alcohol in a squirt bottle to disinfect all of the supplies I was about to use

I used this primer as shown earlier.

I also used this primer areas that needed it more.

This primer was used particularly for her eyelids

I bought falsies

I used this color correction palette as shown earlier for minor color correction

I used this fair colored foundation

I used the naked basics palette on her eyelids

Mineral infused mascara was used to blend the falsies and natural eyelashes together

Added extra volume.

Arched her eyebrows Widened her face Changed the shape of her eyes

I decided to have a little fun afterwards and create a different face..

Id recently saw on the internet a porcelain doll face mask that appeared cracked, underneath was a face of beauty. I tried it out.

I also did make up on another friend. She, on the other hand, had very rounded facial features. So I decided to make them sharper.

Frankly this next one is the one I’m most proud of. My wonderful little sister of 11, sat as still as she could for hours, I kid you not, for me to do this. This is my final product.
