2. TRAX SCH.553 Master Schedule Ministry Defns Report –Changed to include all master schedule, ministry defined courses only or courses without/invalid ministry definitions. GRD.552 Duplicate Transcript Info Listing –If TRAX records have alternate ministry ID and level specified then use it to check for duplicates not main ministry ID and level SADE AND TRAX

3. SADE TRA.116 Build Equiv/Chall/Ext Course to SADE & TRAX –Store prompt information after ENTER for each user and bring back student# as default for next time the option runs. Great when building multiple records for the same student TRA.117 Maintain SADE Equiv/Chall/Ext Course Records –Added index of students by PEN –Clear history holding file of all school’s records if final version is Y (default) BEFORE building the data so that comparison has deletions, etc. TRA.121 Build SADE Corrections Transmission File –If completed data is zeros, send as blanks in transmission file SADE AND TRAX

4. JOB ACTION What is the current status on marks for students? Any usable marks being entered? What happens if no final marks are entered for courses by June 30th? Are transmissions to SADE and TRAX proceeding as normal? SADE AND TRAX

YEAREND Ensure all final marks are posted to transcript for TRAX and non-TRAX transcript Turn off nightly update for TRAX (AUT.101) for your school When June’s blended final marks are issued load them to live year and frozen year (if yearend rollover has occurred) Prepare for SADE transmission file … marks in, courses marked completed and/or dropped as appropriate SADE AND TRAX

6. YEAR START Ensure master schedule TRAX definitions have been carried forward from previous year, are valid (no changes from Ministry) and have the appropriate year and month SCH.553 Ensure proper SADE codes are in place for all non-TRAX courses Turn on nightly update for TRAX (AUT.101) for your school. –If you wouldn’t build the records manually using TRA.201 yet then don’t have them build automatically yet either –Do NOT turn on TRAX auto build flags if you are a CE or DL school SADE AND TRAX
