3. 1 Corinthians 2:9-

4. We must ask, “What does God
want for Ridgecrest?”
Not “What do we want
for Ridgecrest?”

5. II. THE SPIRIT TEACHES US ALL THAT GOD PREPARED FOR US.

6. Verses 10-13 “But God has revealed it to us by his Spirit
Verses “But God has revealed it to us by his Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God. For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the man's spirit within him? In the same way no one knows the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God.

7. We have not received the spirit of the world but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us. This is what we speak, not in words taught us by human wisdom but in words taught by the Spirit, expressing spiritual truths in spiritual words.”

8. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

9. III. ONLY THE SPIRIT CONTROLLED MIND CAN UNDERSTAND.

10. Verses “The man without the Spirit does not accept the things that come from the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he cannot understand them, because they are spiritually discerned.

11. The spiritual man makes judgments about all things, but he himself is not subject to any man's judgment. For who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

12. We must submit to the Holy Spirit control of our life.
Whatever,
whenever
and wherever.

13. We must pray and ask the Spirit to reveal what God has prepared for us.
C. We must read the Scriptures and ask that the Spirit reveals what God wants us to learn from them about our life

14. D. We must claim our destiny in Jesus Chris by allowing the Holy Spirit will GUIDE us through all the complex decisions that we must make in the next few weeks.
