Mango Vanilla Smoothie Equipment Needed: Blender, teaspoon, tablespoon, liquid and dry measuring cups, scraper Ingredients: 1 ½ Cups sliced frozen Mangos 1 ½ cups Dannon Lite & Fit Vanilla Yogurt 1 cup 1% Milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon honey Directions: 1.Place mangos into blender first followed by the remainder of the ingredients. 2.Blend together until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides with scraper if needed. 3.Pour equal amounts into red cups and serve with a straw.

Banana Cream Pie Smoothie Equipment Needed: Blender, liquid and dry measuring cups, scraper, measuring spoons Ingredients: 2 medium frozen and sliced bananas 1 ½ cups Dannon Lite & Fit Vanilla Yogurt 1 cup 1% Milk 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 ½ tablespoons honey 6 Vanilla Wafers Directions: 1.Place vanilla wafers fruit into blender first followed by the remainder of the ingredients. 2.Blend together until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides with scraper if needed. 3.Pour equal amounts into red cups and serve with a straw.

Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie Equipment Needed: Blender, liquid and dry measuring cups, scraper, measuring spoons Ingredients: 1 cup frozen orange juice (3 Dixie cups) 1 medium frozen orange, peeled & sectioned 1 ½ cups Dannon Lite & Fit Vanilla Yogurt 1 cup 1% Milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 ½ tablespoons honey Directions: 1.Cut and peel away paper cup from the frozen orange juice and put into blender. 2.Place frozen orange slices into blender then add remaining ingredients. 3.Blend together until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides with scraper if needed. 4.Pour equal amounts into red cups and serve with a straw.

Blueberry Muffin Smoothie Equipment Needed: Blender, liquid and dry measuring cups, scraper, measuring spoons Ingredients: 2 cups frozen blueberries 1 ½ cups Dannon Lite & Fit Vanilla Yogurt 1 cup 1% Milk ½ Oats 1 tablespoon honey ½ teaspoon cinnamon 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Directions: 1.Place oats into blender. Grind until it is a powdery consistency. 2.Add blueberries next then add the remainder of the ingredients. 3.Blend together until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides with scraper if needed. 4.Pour equal amounts into red cups and serve with a straw.
