3 2012 Extension Crop & Soil Sciences Needs Assessment Wimba Session February 9, 2012 J. Michael Moore, C&SS Extension Coordinator

4 Extension Report Needs Assessment Dialogue wheat growth stages it would be good to get Dewey or somebody to go around three or fields in different stages and pull up and show, what is what with multiple agents at one site Tank mixes of herbicides/ rates and weed stage to apply trainings on soils, soil fertility

5 Extension Report Needs Assessment Dialogue that would work, but it needs to show actual plants, not just graphics Some is but need indepth. Not what you would give producers Power points and pictures are worth a lot. If we run out of, or wear out, Peanut Pod blasting Boards. Just knowing where to get some would be good Yes very good. Would be helpful. I think these tailgate trainings, so to speak, especially with young agents, will be important on going through determining PGR timing on cotton, yield estimation in crops, etc.. During the season, that is what would help me the most Need to see if we can bring web based material back to general format. Sometime hard to find. Seems a lot are scattered over web. emailed crop production updates from specialists throughout the growing season have been very useful. Can old publications be left on web while they are being revised.
