CREPC/SPSC/WIRAB Committee on Regional Electric Power Cooperation (CREPC) CREPC formed over 30 years ago as an information sharing entity among states/provinces on western energy issues State-Provincial Steering Committee (SPSC) Created and organized in 2009 by states/provinces to implement tasks under the DOE ARRA grant Western Interconnection Regional Advisory Body (WIRAB) Provide advice to WECC, NERC and FERC pursuant to Section 215 of the Federal Power Act 2

WIEB CPP Webinars In February, 2 webinars on Clean Power Plan compliance Webinar 1: Allowance Distribution Options under a Mass Based Approach to CPP Compliance Wednesday, February 3 Dallas Burtraw, Resources for the Future Webinar 2: Potential linkage to existing trading platforms such as the Western Climate Initiative (WCI) or Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). Later in February Both webinars will be recorded and posted on the WIEB Clean Power Plan webpage 5
