3  Conduct Consultative meetings among Staff and Volunteers  Develop National Standards that will act as guideline of implementation (the current Vision, Mission and Goal encompass Voice and Accountability)

4  Create and operationalize C & PR Office,  Establish NICE Radio Station and TV Station,  Popularize the Communication Strategy itself,  Undertake Research, development of IEC materials, publication and dissemination,  Translate all relevant materials/documents into vernacular languages,  Enhance information sharing, documentation of lessons learnt and Best practices  Update NICE website regularly.

5  Conduct comprehensive Partner Mapping at all levels,  Capacity building for volunteers,

6  Enhance Networking and Collaboration with International NGOs and Networks  Conduct Study Tours, Placement, and participate in International Forums on issues related to Voice and Accountability
