Design Principles ●Contrast ○ Refers to the arrangement of opposite elements. ○ Light vs. dark colors, rough vs. smooth textures, large vs. small shapes, etc. ●Repetition ○ Duplicated patterns, styles, and visual elements. ●Alignment ○ Alignment has to do with grouping and organizes information to create order. ●Balance ○ Positioning of objects, colors, textures, shapes, fonts, etc ○ Can be used in creating symmetrical or asymmetrical balance
